How much does shipping cost (and how long does it take)?

All orders ship free! (Standard shipping averages 3-5 business days.)

When will my order ship? 

Each of our products are made to order before they ship to you. Production time takes 2-7 business days, and once completed, your item(s) will ship to you. (Happy dance!)

Please remember to factor in production time as well as shipping time when ordering. 

Multiple Shipments 

Because we have various suppliers for items in the shop, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

RETURNS & DELIVERY QUESTIONS

What is your return/exchange policy?

At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake in your order on our part or an item arrives damaged. If either of these apply, please send an email to hello@thirtysevensparrows.com and we will make it right.

My delivered package is missing items from my order.

Because we use various suppliers, an order with different types of products is likely to arrive in multiple shipments. Some items take longer in production and shipment than others, so they may arrive several days later than initial items delivered. If a week has passed since initial delivery and the rest of your order has not arrived, please reach out to hello@thirtysevensparrows.com with your order number included.

I received a wrong/damaged product. What should I do?

We strive for quality and value our customers deeply. If the product you ordered arrived damaged or incorrect, we apologize and will do what we can to make it right.

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hello@thirtysevensparrows.com within 7 days of receiving your item with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
